This program is for individuals interested in experiencing the restorative benefits of spending mindful time in nature like: increased joy, mood and creativity; as well as decreased stress, anxiety, and depression. Forest therapy is scientifically proven to boost your immune system, too! Classroom hours include learning more about the practice and for indoor forest therapy for inclement weather days.
