The purpose of this course is to provide Personal Care Home Administrators with the basic philosophy of Recreation Therapy in a personal care home setting. Personal Care Home Administrators will be able to identify the basic needs and interests of residents in their care based on life history, demographics and social skills.
This is a required course within the 100 hour Personal Care Home Administrator training program. This course can be taken individually by licensed administrators required to attend 24 hours of yearly job training.
