Expand your enjoyment of selected regional Portuguese wines! Discover the history and geography of Portuguese wines, where in Portugal wine grapes are grown, what varieties of grapes are used to make wine, and the different winemaking methods used. We'll also explore wine labels, purchasing, proper service and tasting of wine, including food and wine pairing. Students MUST be over 21. Student identification required. Materials fee due at the time of registration.
