This course is online. No trips to campus are required. ETS Core Prep is designed for teacher candidates preparing to take the ETS Core Reading, Writing, and Math Tests. The Reading, Mathematics, and Writing Preps are set up in separate modules for each exam. This online course provides plenty of interaction with the instructor through submitted assignments, discussion board topics, and synchronous chat sessions. Homework assignments are submitted to the instructor so the instructor can help students discover areas of strengths and weaknesses. Students will learn test taking strategies, improve reading comprehension, review grammar, learn how to write an effective essay response, understand key mathematical concepts, and practice with test questions. Students will receive start up directions via email prior to the start of class.
