The purpose of this training session is to familiarize the personal care home administrator participants with the various acts and regulations regarding resident-home contracts and certain employment laws. Participants will review the requirements for personal care homes and will learn where to access the appropriate literature for reference.

 This is a required course within the 100 hour Personal Care Home Administrator training program. This course can be taken individually by licensed administrators required to attend 24 hours of yearly job training.
