The purpose of this training is to educate PCH administrators/staff about how a complete understanding and commitment to resident’s rights contribute to quality care and quality of life for personal care home residents. Participants will be able to identify resident rights according to state regulation and apply them to practical situations in the facility. 

This is a required course within the 100 hour Personal Care Home Administrator training program. This course can be taken individually by licensed administrators required to attend 24 hours of yearly job training.
