The Basic Life Support Course has been updated to include science and education from the 2020 American Heart Association - Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC. It teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics. In this Instructor-led course, students participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations. Students work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete BLS skills practice and skills testing. Students also complete a written exam.  The intended audience for this course is all healthcare providers including physicians, registered nurses, certified nurse aid’s, all levels of prehospital providers.

Please Note: All CPR cards from the AHA are now sent as an e-card.  It is required that you have a unique email address that you can claim your e-card from. Students cannot share an email address.
