The journey of an employee through his or her career inevitably includes performance reviews, discipline, and eventurally separation, Whether through resignation, retirement or termination. this session explores employee relations issues throughout the life of the employee and labor relaitons within unionized and non-unionized environments, including the impact and methods of communication, progrssive discipline, layoffs, reducing the work force and the laws and regulations that impact discipline and separation. It also includes a section on ristk managment, and introduction to OSHA, and the recordkeeping requirments for when accidents occur in the workplace.
