The annual performance review is quickly becoming a thing of the past.  Employees want more feedback, more often.  This Performance Management module will provide an overview of how to help employees set SMART objectives for their performance, differentiate between various types of possible reviewer bias, compare the traditional performance “review” with an ongoing performance “management” process, and discuss legal principles involved in judging performance.

Live class meeting will be on Tuesday, May 4 from 5:30pm-9:30pm. **Please obtain required text "The Big Book of HR" by Barbara Mitchell and Cornelia Gamlen by ordering through Amazon, Target, Walmart or via another book vendor of your choice.**
