The journey of an employee through his or her career inevitably includes performance reviews, discipline, and eventually separation, whether through resignation, retirement or termination.  These two sessions explore employee relations issues throughout the life of the employee and labor relations within unionized and non-unionized environments, including the impact and methods of communication, tools for performance reviews, progressive discipline, layoffs, reducing the work force, and the laws and regulations that impact discipline and separation.
