This National TIM Responder Training Program establishes the foundation and promotes consistent training for all responders to incidents involving operations on or near a highway.  The PA-TIM objectives primarily target operations and special risks to personnel performing fire, rescue and EMS functions.  This program examines those risks and provides nationally recognized actions to minimize/reduce those risks.
