Discovery Series- Wines of the Hudson Valley, NY

Please read:  Materials fee due and collected at the time of registration. Included in the course will be information regarding wine labels, purchasing, proper service, and tasting of wine, including food and wine pairing. The class will include a limited tasting of several wines with some selected small bites to accompany the wines including information on where they may be purchased. Students MUST be over 21. Student identification required.
