Please read:  Included in the course will be information regarding wine labels, purchasing, proper service, and tasting of wine, including food and wine pairing. The class will include a limited tasting of several wines with light appetizers. Information will be included on where wines may be purchased. Students MUST be over 21. Student identification required.
