This training section is an introduction to staff supervision within the personal care home. It is designed to provide the administrator with readily applicable techniques for recruitment, retention, training and supervision of staff. This course is appropriate for new and returning administrator students.
This is a required course within the 100 hour Personal Care Home Administrator training program. This course can be taken individually by licensed administrators required to attend 24 hours of yearly job training.
