The purpose of this program is demonstrate competency in the performance requirements necessary to perform the duties of a fire brigade member in the performance of exterior fire ground suppression operations pertaining to the industrial setting and working in an established incident management system per OSHA guidelines, NFPA 600, and NFPA 1081.
This builds upon information obtained in Chapter 5 Industrial Fire Brigade -- Incipient and is the second level of progression within the standard.
