Carbon Monoxide Detector Responses (CORE)

This course is a 3-hour lecture program.  It starts with an overview of the course goals and objectives.  The course is broken down into 5 units.  First unit addresses CO, its properties and dangers.  Second unit reviews residential CO detectors.  The third unit discusses responding to CO detector activation’s.  Working with other agencies and public education are reviewed in unit 4 and 5 respectively.  These units are presented through the use of lecture, slides and videotape.
