Please read:  *This is not a hiking class; forest therapy is a slow-paced mindful walk in the woods. *This program is for individuals interested in experiencing the restorative benefits of spending mindful time in nature like: increased joy, mood and creativity; as well as decreased stress, anxiety, and depression. Forest therapy is scientifically proven to boost your immune system, too! *Classroom hours include learning more about the practice and for indoor forest therapy for inclement weather days.
