Please read:  Included in the course will be information regarding wine labels, purchasing, proper service, and tasting of sparkling wine, including food and wine pairing. The class will include a limited tasting of sparkling wines with information on where they may be purchased. Students MUST be over 21. Student identification required. Materials fee due at the time of registration.
