Beginning with an overview of the first stage of the life of an employee, you will explore the steps to acquiring an effective workforce for your organization, the methods of candidate selection, and the elements of the hiring process.  This course will include the role of the human resource professional, the role of management, the need for effective policies and record keeping, and the legal aspects of recruiting, selection and hiring.
